Who We Are:
Santa Cucina is a small, family-owned food business that stems from 100-year-old family recipes. We produce all organic and ethically made products right in the heart of the Italian countryside. Our passion for food and tradition is what drives us to create the most authentic and delicious products for our customers, from our table to yours.
Our Techniques:
Focusing on fresh, high-quality products, Santa Cucina produces specialty condiments, with a focus on Hot Giardiniera. Our products are made using traditional Italian techniques that have been passed down through over five generations. We believe that the best food comes from using the freshest and highest quality ingredients available, that's why we source all of our organic ingredients from three separate regions to ensure the highest quality of taste and flavour. Where We are From:
Spanning over five generations, the recipes and methods that we employ all come from the city of Campo Basso, formerly known as "Abruzzi" in the Molise region.
Currently, our produce is grown across three regions of Italy: Tuscany, Umbria, and Emilia-Romagna.
These regions have unique richness in the soil which provide an optimal ground for our sumptuous peppers to grow and thrive.
Each individual region possesses specific agricultural properties which each lend their own offering to the cultivation of our produce.
